Eden’s Echo Farmstead is committed to providing quality products and a reliable shipping experience. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
All orders placed through our website are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Whipped Tallow Shipping

Whipped Tallow is a temperature-sensitive product and requires special shipping procedures to help maintain product quality.
Whipped Tallow orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Thursday, as well as orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will ship the following week.
During warmer months, typically March through October, Whipped Tallow may be shipped frozen and with protective packaging.
This shipping schedule is intended to reduce the risk of products sitting in transit over the weekend or being exposed to excessive heat.
By purchasing Whipped Tallow or other temperature-sensitive products, you acknowledge and accept these shipping conditions.

5. Temperature-Sensitive Product Disclaimer

Certain products may soften, melt, or change texture during transit due to temperature fluctuations.
These changes do not necessarily affect the quality or intended use of the product.
Customers should allow temperature-sensitive products, including Whipped Tallow, to return to room temperature before use.
Eden’s Echo Farmstead is not responsible for melting, softening, or texture changes that occur after delivery.

6. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at select retail locations when offered at checkout.
Available pickup locations include:
Benson Location: 817 W 4th St, Benson, AZ 85602
Marana Location: 11320 W Tangerine Rd, STE 108, Marana, AZ 85653
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Eden’s Echo Farmstead is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Eden’s Echo Farmstead is also not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We may request photos or additional documentation before determining whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be provided.
