Keep frozen until ready to use. Sprinkle over yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, or blend into smoothies and other cold foods or beverages. Do not add to hot foods or beverages.

Loading Phase:

• Week 1: ¼ tsp every other day
• Week 2: ½ tsp every other day
• Week 3: ¾ tsp every other day
• Week 4: 1 tsp every other day

If mild reactions occur, reduce the amount and remain at the current phase. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider if moderate or severe reactions occur.
