1. Subscription Purchases
Some products offered by Eden's Echo Farmstead may be available as recurring subscription purchases. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to the delivery frequency you choose until your subscription is canceled.
Your payment information is securely processed through Shopify and our authorized payment providers. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation emails or through your customer account, if available.

3. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.
Canceling your subscription will stop future recurring orders but will not affect any order that has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Eden's Echo Farmstead and our payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring shipment according to the subscription schedule you selected.
Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed successfully, we may attempt to process the payment again or notify you to update your payment information.
If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
6. Refunds and Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise required by law.
